noise was some noise from the bar on monday night, but it didn't last long

breakfast was amazing (choice between jamaica or american) , a/c in room, in the middle of town,

the jamaican-style breakfast in the mornings was delicious despite the fact that the menu needs some revamping

hot water in my room didn't work consistently, and i wasn't able to log onto the wifi, but i had service

breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet style.

service was very good, would go back again and also reccomend it to friends and family , breakfast very good

breakfast was good, staff was friendly, grounds were well kept.

a gym would have added to the visit and a hot tub

i think the pool was too deep.

was awesome for my kids they love water i can here in 2022 have my birthday dinner here with friends and we

hotel is the entertainment the hotel offers, dj during the day at the pool, games for adults and kids, and then

the resort offered plenty of pool and bar areas and has done a nice job with their covid-19 measures

the bar is too expensive and the taxis from hotel are too expensive too

kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates and a large fridge

i like the environment, the quietness, the pool etc...

wifi did not work

restaurant and bar at the resort is so poor the food was awful the customer service was terrible

only thing balcony needs a little touch up and we were told pool closed twice so we never got a chance

love everything about the sand castle, very new, clean excellent staff , restaurant and laundry on premises

was no wifi as advertised

minutes into the central area which was buzzing, however the hotel was in a quiet location with parking just

no fridge in the room, no room service cause no telephone in the room

we did not feel safe, too many rocks in the beach my kids could not swim

i would highly recommend having the jamaican breakfast and having a few drinks on the terrace at sundown

is situated in a kind of resort: several different blocks with apartments with a common entrance, parking lot

are some parts of the room that needs maintenance for example the kitchen, the doors and the bathroom sink was

place was clean and comfortable and the kids enjoyed the pool

had access to laundry, and clothes line which was a must-bring or buy own soap

there are roaches in the kitchen
