the pool and pool area is great

but we learned once we got there that we had to pay extra for the spa and sauna

the location is great.beds comfortable and wifi good.

the cost of the spa was expensive if you only wanted a swim

this was a spa hotel it seemed disappointing that use of the spa was an additional cost, especially as the

caring attentive hardworking staff(mostly) pool and spa facilities dinner was of a high standard

the water in the cold-water-pool for after the sauna was not clean and there was no way to get out of this pool

the mini bar as advertised by your company is only a fridge

conditioning not working, fitness closed in the morning, swimming pool open for kids till 18:30 only in

on the first day of the stay we tried to order room service, two hamburgers and a cheese sandwich at 21:25 and

swimming pool was closed

pool and jacuzzi although could do with a decor upgrade were such a lovely facility to have the use

& pool needs a complete overhaul

i also enjoyed the spa and the views from our room

best i've had - fresh healthy top quality ingredients, view onto the ski area and mountains, free shuttle to

room of my kids smelled horribly, we asked several times at reception but the problem wasn't solved neither we

a reflexology massage at the spa but got a light rub instead

i loved the location. the room was comfortable,the hotel was specious and breakfast was great.

we also wanted to have a drink at the bar of the house at night and it was crazy expensive, 15 euros for a nice
