great outside day laundry service

wifi was interrupting sometimes on my phone

bar area had a lovely cosy feel and breakfast perfect

also no problem with parking

the room was clean, had everything we needed and there were a lot of parking spaces

i also had an issue with laundry

no gym laundry service

a room service menu would have been handy

had to use mobile to order room service

breakfast was delicious, room service made it even better by the friendly man who delivered it, beds were so

around the bottom of the large bed, i was surprised to find that it was still wet from the laundry and my room

and we ll equipped self contained apartment- the laundry was especially useful midway through a holiday

high price for a backyard apartment, near the garbage and laundry machines

free parking at the hotel was a big plus for people travelling by their own vehicle's

pet friendly, there were dog bowls in the room for our dog too

room right next to noisy laundry room, with loud washing machine going from early am, and noisy, chatty staff

only thing i didn't like, is that some of the towels have old stains, and the laundry as well

was badly in need of refreshing, however the washing / wc facilities were very good, the laundry service was

secure parking for motorcycles

the sitting rooms and the lounges by the fireplace were just so cosy

excellent service and a round table for 8 at dinner and breakfast

my fiance a scottish man said the scottish breakfast was excellent, so it must be true

was in room 111 which was right above the gym and may be laundry area, i could hear and feel the vibration of

housekeeping also mistook my dirty laundry bag for garbage, and it took several tries before i managed to

too small noise -sleep quality poor beside laundry room door banging all night facilities -lights didn t work

no guest laundry ,coming from nz finding this right across the board on our road trip

24hr room service isn't 24hr

location was good big bar area and pool table

the choices at breakfast was excellent as was the standard of food

they have no laundry service even though that is mentioned in the list of facilities

were extremely helpful, room was comfortable, loved the swimming pool

we had our pet and children with us so didn t feel that we were getting in anyone s space

the staff were extremely lovely, and very accommodating when i asked last minute for a late check out the next

location probably the worst postion in the hotel next to laundry with bottle bank outside very noisy liked the

given bedroom next to laundry, was a distinct smell, however, lady at desk gave us another room straight away,

first night we were next to the laundry room which was perfect as we got every thing replenished straightaway

cleaners leave dirty laundry in the hallways which is on display as you are walking around too

it sounded like someone doing laundry next to or above our room

room and this was acknowledged but i was put next to a corridor where housekeepers were removing laundry carts

bathroom needed updating and the same with the swimming pool

to having a pet we were given a garden room with a patio door with direct access to garden and lovely spacious

don't under stand why, when you are getting a cooked full scottish breakfast included in the price you have to

it s wonderfully pet-friendly, the breakfast was exceptional, and the restaurant was amazing

driving to the property and parking were a breeze

everything was perfect except the wifi, which was poor on day 2.

hotel claim to be pet friendly but we booked an executive family room and when they knew we had a pet they stuck

my mom and i ordered a drink from the bar and enjoyed some reading in the sitting room next to the bookcase

food superb and the bar well stocked with a great range of whiskey- well worth an hour or two tasting your way

as to the restaurant and bar which was well stacked with malts, as to be expected

breakfast was superb as well

only small issue was poor wifi signal but not huge issue.
