night because of memorial day weekend i guess, the pool area and courtyard area turned into a frat house besides

were traveling from utah and texas for a funeral, had been driving for along time with kids and had many issues

due to covid-19 everything was closed, pool, dining and gym, but hotel charges complete night stay excluding

to have room service.

it looked out on the pool and courtyard and was clean with plenty of room for us

, that then meant the housekeeping were leaving their trolleys and equipment in the laundry and we couldn't use

they did send a house keeper to change and she says the laundry machines caused the stains

staff exceeded expectations by bringing out an early breakfast when our wrestling team had to get an early start

noise insulation (kids crying at 6am) 2- floor plan design (there's a confusing flooring before the guest floors

the restaurant overlooking the golf course and water feature is an absolute dream for a morning breakfast or

the room service nachos, the beef was unseasoned.

the resort also offers a spa which i did not experience at this time

bit tired - golf showers not working. spa not working

plus no laundry service in the facility

neighbors in a apartment complex since some of the people were literally there everyday bringing laundry and

laundry shop is street away from the hotel

we did have to drive to a closer parking place to access the morning breakfast

i went to move the car one night because the parking is not that great seen a young man on a scooter looking

staff, yummy breakfast, great facilities, our room was comfortable clean tidy and bed was nice comfortable also

they found my sun glasses on the parking! good quality price rate nice team

$164 and i had to put myself to do extra work, extra loads of laundry and extra utility costs

wifi is said to be available but kept getting disconnected

it said there was a desk/work table in the room as well as on-are guest laundry facilities, neither of which

so i didn't and that is why the wifi answers were marked not applicable

to eating places,shopping mall, & porto s is across the freeway :) nice & friendly staff - the parking lot is

a room with a spa tub and to my surprise it was very nice

facilities where the pool and jacuzzi are were many ants and dead bees

the hotel is close to alot of stores and food places. gym was open 24hours.

purchase one at the local store as well as snacks that were more enjoyable outside of the hotel, pool was not

that being said staff was great room was clean and laundry is definitely a great amenity, but because i wasn

clean room, pet friendly. right off the highway with a nice mexican restaurant right next door.
