staff was able to change us to a room that was not right next to the laundry room

2nd floor laundry room was messy.

laundry room, which i needed, was right across from my room

one and only complaint i have is there were young girls about 14 who were always in the pool area being obnoxious

facilities (rooms, lobby, gym, breakfast room etc) are really nice

service at breakfast was a little slow.

the parking lot is a little inconvenient

the next morning looked in the closet for a laundry bag and there was a bag filled with garbage and beer cans

food at the restaurant was really good! the pool was huge and clean!

good amenities - pool, hot tub, breakfast.

fairly priced and down the street from my kids college house

breakfast was great, close to downtown, bike/walking trail on the backside of hotel

clean, good beds and plenty of lighting and extra chair. nice and clean pool/spa area.
