vibrations in 4th floor room from hotel laundry equipment below

was above laundry and commercial washers made our beds shake

loved the indoor pool

as a mom traveling alone with three small kids, i felt safe at all times

far off the highway. parking lot was almost full.

beautiful new hotel, lovely staff, gorgeous pool, free laundry facility, delicious restaurant.

the free laundry machines was a pleasant surprise

a single wire shower rack that was only productive in allowing toiletries to crash downward, a laundry bag that

breakfast quantities were not very well estimated against number of guests

suite was set for 2 persons (towels, pillows, chairs in the kitchen, etc), but we were 4 (2 kids)

they was myself, my elderly mom and my 2 kids so that wouldn't work

the pool was needing maintenanced, therefore my kids didnt get to enjoy the amenities

staff were always in the hall with laundry carts and stood right in the middle so one could not get by

gym was 82 degrees

was clean, bright, newly renovated, indoor pool that overlooked pool which was enclosed in a large spacious room

no microwave, bar closing early and pool water was very murky the day after a large group.

room service food was a frozen pizza and a chicken cesar salad. it was horrible and expensive!!

staying and room service had taken the ones we had but they only had 1 towel promised more after laundry and

bathroom has no exhaust fan so the whole room smells when someone goes #2 no laundry no pool no food no drinks

wifi in room wasnt working, blinds in room broken, pool was not working, rooms were so cold.

the only thing i would suggest is if the pool is closed (which it was), you should be notified me

pool and exercise room.

pet friendly, proximity to 81, clean, comfortable, adequate parking for vehicle with trailer

they have great pet friendly facilities.

kitchenette and complimentary laundry were convenient and nice.

safe, well stocked, great for the price, easy to cook in with a good sized refrigerator, clean laundry facilities

laundry room are nice to have but need to be cleaned more often

at 11pm she told us that we had to leave the lobby (saturday) the machine in the laundry didn t work

no microwave and had trouble with the wifi

the smellnof fresh laundry was in the room and the room was nice and neat

towels when we needed to shower after the pool but i understood they were sold out and had to do laundry

com let me make a reservation for the last room in the parking lot and i walk in 5 mins later for her to tell

was bugs outside by the door and inside the room kids was very difsterbed

i liked that there was a very clean laundry room as i had things to wash.

much noise when your room is across the laundry room

our tv didnt work. our hairdryer didnt work. there wad nothing in the gym working!

easy acces. we stopped overnight while traveling with an rv. plenty of parking.

pet friendly, very important, good area to walk close to the hotel and then a great longer walk

is pet friendly but they have specific rooms, which the booking reservation did not cover

also, pet friendly rooms could use a rubber backed area rug somewhere

rooms are nice and spacious, well lit, laundry on site, and nothing to really worry about, coffee ready in

the front desk staff was friendly and laundry lady and one male house keeper that was younger.

a hike to get to our room as it was in the middle of the facility and no close by parking as all grass and a

laundry service not efficient, room a/c broken. part of the staff unkindly.

i planned to use the guest laundry facility, but there was no vending machine with laundry products

because the hotel allows pets, the sounds coming from other rooms can be distinctive.

the gym machines didn't work and weren't maintained

the 'wifi' worked but there was no internet access which was a bit annoying

the first time walking in to using the pool and the gym, everything was super clean
