it was very convenient that there was a restaurant and a bar attached to the hotel

like the facilities have a bar and a restaurant on site, short drive to playa azul

he went above and beyond from local excursion recommendations to laundry and finding a coffeemaker, he is legit

historical architecture, the staff and how helpful they were, the fact that i can do my own laundry on site

i had emailed in advance and was told we could do our laundry at the hotel

staff were excellent, providing suggestions, helping with parking and laundry

they even allowed me to use their laundry facilities free of charge

wish the laundry area was open, but it s under renovation.

there's a guest laundry and we are able to clean our clothes after a hiking tour

in order to use the laundry room, you have to get the keys from reception

second note, the breakfast restaurant was furnished with bar high chairs it's not kids or senior friendly to

we were there for a wedding at the old casino hotel hall just 2 minutes walk

there was zero wifi anywhere in the building

shower was clogged also and the shower head water pressure was too hard especially for the kids to take shower

hotel was amazing but a small suggestion would be to add more laundry rooms and more walkways to the parking

pool in the golf area but you need to take the trolley which isn't as convenient with small kids

either you chill by the pool, have a drink, play golf, tenis or volleyball with your family, it is a nice

all, room service was excellent, staff extremely courteous. they made my family feel like home

and furniture, the little fridge, the wide tv screen, the facilities of wi-fi, desktop computer, laundry room,

my kids forgot the dirty laundry after checkout, and even though it was passed 12 we were in the pool and

nice pool, laundry 24 hours, restaurant food was good

also there was not a room service option even during the operating hours of the restaurant

we were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids
