there's a sports bar right in the parking lot to get a drink

offered breakfast and had a 99 restaurant right across the parking lot.

spacious rooms, scones were wonderful at breakfast and pot of oatmeal with fixings was a plus!

both rooms however were over the laundry room

no change machine for laundry!

the laundry area was out of service.

staff was amazing, friendly, attentive. room was spotless, and pool was clean and warm

did not know that they were undergoing construction. was not able to use the gym.

manger told me they outsource the laundry to be washed off site

two things that i would've like to see there is a laundry service on site and a little microwave in the room

in the same parking lot there is a small grocery mart, post office and smoke shop

hot water intermittently varied. wifi was choppy.

kitchen area had fridge and plates etc but no microwave or way to clean dishes - seemed odd

charging ports on lamps, odor of marijuana, floors on 3rd floor shake when housekeeping is doing laundry

i requested a room as far away from the laundry and pool facilities and was very happy to find myself at the

wonderful breakfast

there were not enough space for all of the family and we asked for another small sofa for the kids

breakfast was good

the parking was a bit difficult. no room service.

great bar and restaurant in this historic inn right on the main square/green in amherst

parking left quite a bit to be desired

also disappointed that the spa and library were closed due to covid
