pool not open

found a bed bug on the bed my kids slept in

the front desk took forever to give me access to the wifi

the parking lot is in poor condition.

can enjoy the gym and laundry services with not interrupting or waiting time meantime i was at hotel

the pool was lack luster, hot tub broken, and the kids birthday parties were very overwhelming

despite the parking area being relatively empty, we were told all the king rooms were booked, which i found

we were told to walk through the parking lot to their sister hotel in our swimming suit to swim in their small

only bad experience is i think i may have gotten food poison from the breakfast served sunday morning

the room was spacious and clean. the bed was comfortable. breakfast was adequate.

parking was not good due to all the storage containers in lot

the breakfast needed more variety. not much the family would eat.
