24 hour pool and staff

i really appreciated the kitchen

everyone cheery & unlike the delta marriott in ashland ,ky, there is enough parking for guests, is adequately

place was clean, up to date. plenty of parking. good breakfast.

the breakfast was delicious

clean, close to everything, pet friendly

they are having to do things a little differently but you still have access to the gym, pool and the breakfast

location, friendly staff, clean facility, and rooms and breakfast was good with several options

pool was open 24 hrs so it was nice to wind down after a long drive

the heated pool was still open so that made up for

no laundry bags in room , bathroom floor was dirty when walked in with white socks

parking was adequate and the location was easy to find

the hall smelled like raw sewage the staff was working in a small cramped area parking was tight and

hotel was under renovation, which you didn't tell me, parking was limited, the toolbox on my truck was broken

no continental breakfast.

limited laundry facilities, out of sundry items, some staff conveyed a despondent disposition when

couldn't reach 3rd shift front desk for probably 15 min, car noise in the parking lot if you have a room on

were comfortable, wifi worked well, no critters, mcdonald's was 100 yards away, staff was friendly, ac worked

of the other guests staying here seemed pretty shady, and their was suspicious activity in the parking lot at

were hoping for a pool because our kids look forward to swimming but not a need

that parking lot security may have not been enough

covid 19 lockdown shut the room service down for breakfast

every request we had from early check in to high floor were met and exceeded

they didn't know how to fix the internet and they didn't have ice or milk for the kids

everything from the hot breakfast to the clean, room and comfortable bed.

advertised pool closed to kids at 10 pm, but no enforced. staff was unfriendly and not helpful.

we were traveling with 6 kids and that little bit if info would have been nice to know

this is a pet friendly property

had traveled 9 hours only to find the pool out of service and treadmill in the gym out of service

hotel essentially shares a parking lot with a walmart and it gets a little bit sketchy outside at night

it s also close to a lot of places to eat and walmart sits right behind the parking lot

the only downside is both the pool and laundry facilities are no longer available

i wish it didn t smell like pets upstairs and the laundry detergent they used on the sheets bothered my

my daughter didn't really like the breakfast, so this fellow went back and made her pancakes

friendly staff, pet friendly, rooms were clean and beds nice

we had our own dog poo bags because none were available and people did not pick up after their pets on the grass

i did use the guest laundry and was pleased

a workout room, very nice and clean pool, guest laundry, dedicated work space

and she s been doing laundry bc she didn t have any clean towels

pool was temporarily closed every couple of days and the elevator tends to be unavailable and the laundry

more handicapped parking please
