everything: its location, amenities with the pool, guest laundry, fitness and business centers available

had a laundry, which i needed

maids left dirty laundry in the hallway along with the cart for 2 days

staff, wonderful breakfast, great pool and hot tub with a very cute outdoor seating area and grills

no laundry room and breakfast was just bagels and yogurt not like in

laundry services were out of order & pool closed @5pm instead of 10pm but i m sure things were

was also bummed the laundry machine was not working (but things break and they were waiting on getting a part

pool area was nice but, lacked shade from the sun which made the pool extremely warm on our first

room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a nice hot breakfast waiting for guests each morning

breakfast was very good, especially enjoyed the egg white veggie omelets

reason i gave the pool/hot tub the rating i gave it because, i am an early riser and would like to use the pool
