the bar server was very friendly and couldn't do enough for us - bringing cushions out to us when we

pet policy is perfect, good spacious rooms motel style

beats the usual uncomfortable sofa bed and we had separate rooms to the kids

hotel - great staff, nice and clean, plenty of kids activities, love the tea and coffee service, and it was the

no coffee machine (just instant sachets), barely-working wifi, a decades old tiny tv, and a generally dusty

room service (first evening)the meals....was not good.

the bar is limited and the prices of drinks were on the expensive side but probably no different from

we arrived late & were looked after by the staff including perfect room service

we ordered room service and this too was very disappointing in lack of choice, tasteless food and no milk

we enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel - a good value breakfast and handy room service for dining in

and their own restaurant serves room service, which was very welcome during the pandemic and during curfew

the gym is no bigger than a cupboard with one running machine, closed when somebody wants a massage

everything was fine. note that spa price is 20 euro per person for 1.5h.

were traveling in europe for 2+ weeks, with little time to do laundry, so we packed everything we needed

never expected to use the outdoor swimming pool in the middle of winter but i did and it was really warm, and

first use of the spa bath liberated black matter from the internal pipework which was quite

wifi was down for our entire two-day stay

finally, i didn't like that the laundry room door was open all the time and the laundry room itself was not

gym 2/10 ;)
