b) the spa did not disclose in their price list that they would add 27% taxes and surcharges over and

laundry was quite costly

i do wish the hotel would provide guests with one of those signs opting not to have laundry washed everyday

location was easy to get to and had several amenities in the area like restaurants, laundry and shops

great location, great views, and a good price for the holiday, parking always available!

the spa is over priced and have to pay to use steam room

plenty of great restaurants and bars in the area - try catherine's cafe

were only advised just before our holiday that the hotel restaurant and bar were closed due to 'unforeseen

only thing i could possibly say needs improvement is the wifi connection, its just not that strong or reliable

there were no facilities at the hotel such as gym, spa or even a functioning bar

restaurants and grocery, needed a car to move around, beach at front not really for swimming, pool was nice,

the wifi didn't work and the restaurant and bar wasn't open from 3pm which was a disappointment

the breakfast included with the room rate a bit too basic.

accommodation was very tired and not very clean and at breakfast the fruit was hard and unripe

are beautiful, the array of watersports is really generous, even though it's low season - the kids went kayaking

the crazy golf is good and would be better if the beer tap and toilet facilities were working during our 15

people/staff are the absolute best - waitresses, bar staff, maids, reception staff - manager rosanna went out

wifi connectivity was a bit spotty, no cable tv in room, warm water in shower was hardly available

moved to room with hot water, plug sockets in room didn't work, ceiling fan in room didn't work, wifi was poor

no activities for kids really - although mostly the beach was enough - also the pool was shut a few times

the bar also a great meeting place - people from surrounding hotels came to hang out because it's one

beautiful beach bar is right there by the hotel

the maid jennette was extremely helpful and diligent about her work, so was desire of the laundry

had to take beach towels to laundry staff each time you wanted to change them.

at 33a was a little tired; other than a communal pool and a laundry to supply beach towels (if available

the office staff and security provided great services and the room and laundry attendants were exceptional

could have been a few condiments in the kitchen

room service consistently disappoints me as i made an order several times and they either didn t

the quick rinsing of the glasses at the bar once the glasses ran out

the little issue with the wifi but it was resolved quickly.
