has laundry facilities and restaurants inside the hotel, staff always friendly...helpful..

understand the covid-19 situation i just wish the pool access was a little more thought out cause my kids didn

nice restaurant right in lobby with a bar and an ihop right next door accessible from lobby

wifi went down so i left 1 day early

the guest laundry which is a plus that they have a guest laundry but they need to put a couple of folding

a laundry bag in the closet would have been great.

the hotel is very clean kids had a good time enjoying the pool staff was excellent

we had known about the small golfing area sooner, we may have been able to bring the kids over to play around

i did not like how small the pool was, and it was crowded which made it seem smaller.

clean and spacious room. the spa tub accommodates 2 adults nicely. good breakfast.

they even offer free breakfast in the morning

we didn't have the continental breakfast, however, they had many choices and the coffee was fresh

window overlooking parking seemed to leak during rain.

breakfast is minimal in a very small space.

everything was very clean very comfortable. staff was very friendly with a good breakfast.

christmas eve and christmas day due to flooding where we had been staying for a visit to see our kids and

not enough handicap parking. had to park across the street and it's a lot to walk.

quiet room away from parties, gym, pool

very clean in lobby, lobby bathrooms, elevator, pool and gym areas and room

if there were 2 kids with us it would of been fine as well

we enjoyed the pool, dining area, laundry, exercise room, and the complementary coffee, fruit, water, and tea

so they did helped me call booking and trying to give me a hotel that has a pool for the kids

it was very noisy nc there were kids staying there for a soccer tournament

price was extremely high, the suite was small, there beetles everywhere in the room, called for room service

i liked it was behind the shopping center and close to an outside gym.

the pool had some rowdy kids in one day that prevented us from going in.

in and out of the hotel parking was a little difficult necessitating a right turn only even if you wanted to go

lobby wasn't that clean or laundry room

rooms were dirty and smelled off dirty laundry and dogs

my kids love the bedrooms and the living spaces

breakfast was nice start to mornings especially with a toddler

parking if you leave out at night you may have to search for parking when you get back

that they had a lot of spots for my dog to go to bathroom. that they had laundryroom

no bag to put dirty laundry in

the one laundry facility seemed wonky, i skipped using it as there was someone else trying to use the one

i liked the amenities- they offer a breakfast buffet, pool, laundry services and a gym

it was 1 night stay so it was fine a little old but does the job for 1 night and easy parking
