only thing i did not like were the prices of services at the spa and laundry

we particularly enjoyed the large jacuzzi in the room and the beautiful infinity pool

we arrived pretty early from guatemala city

wifi didn't work on first night but given that you are in the middle of the forrest, it is

on the lake was magical, the room fantastic, the staff were lovely, the food great, especially breakfast

the shower water to be lukewarm, make sure that you do the laundry somewhere else as the prices are high, and

expensive laundry service.

i personally didn t like that there was no self service laundry

wifi was very bad and the location is not in flores but it s only 10 minutes by foot so not too

wifi in reception but my tip is to buy a guatemala sim (called a chip here) from tigo who have

they do have a small gym which isn t by the restaurant but by the rooms

i like the facilities, they were awesome, the pool and the amenities are nice.

major drawback for me was no wifi in the room, which i needed for work

the pool was great. location was good. the room was pretty tight but comfortable beds

they're were two pools that the kids enjoyed, but the pool facilities were a bit run down

relaxed and well located, super clean - our room was cleaned daily, we did laundry and could book a golf cart

a lot of services are offered (like visits to tikal, different tours, taxi, laundry

across from lake. next to bars and cafes. near laundry facility.

laundry very expensive in a country that everyone charges per lb they charge per item

requested a shuttle from the flores airport, but then they did not show up when our flight was delayed, so we

they helped us with the laundry and changed our room from second to first flour

they had some issues with laundry and we had to wait quite a while past 4pm for checkin

we appreciated being able to get laundry done for a small fee

flores island is rather small and the hotel is convenient to everything- shops, laundry, pharmacy, and restaurants

laundry was done off site and very expensive

we did a load of laundry and our clothes came back clean and folded

the bar in the pool was awesome

location, the team are nice and pleasant, they offer you a lunchbox if you miss the breakfast, the pool is cool

breakfast was ok but not very big

are very slippery (they provide a mat), and it'd be nice to have a coffee machine in room, and a laundry service

in a room right next to laundry - very loud from very early in the morning communication awful - emailed the

laundry is priced by item not by load, so be aware of that

everything but the wifi

free airport shuttle is also a great add-on

told us aircon is not included, we have to pay extra, after that she overcharged double for laundry service

to help someone else as she did not want to deal with my issue (socks went missing during laundry and she did

quick laundry facilities at a decent price

the staff was helpful - they received our laundry for us when it was delivered and held onto it until we returned
