booked this hotel due to the pool access for the kids, however the pool was down for one full day and several

the room service cost for pasta primavera was a ridiculous $28

have to use credit card for laundry - said due to people breaking into them and taking the money

ice machine and laundry only on second floor and no elevator.

the laundry facility was filthy

i was surprised to see him back at the desk when i came out for breakfast and he was still smiling

cable was well provided, wifi connection was good

the kids nor myself could swim the indoor pool was so cold

wasn't a big deal, but my kids were disappointed that it still was not able to be used

to see kids and grandkids

and that the breakfast wasn't up to par

my grand kids were with me and i picked that hotel because it had an indoor pool

the room was to accommodate all 7 of us-3 adults and 4 kids

the pool was very dirty and not enjoyable and the bathroom tiles were broken in the room

arriving in our room, my kids found a live bug in the bathroom and the tile floor was coming up and moved when

spa tub didn't stay on long, not sure if that was a setting

kids where running up and down the halls at night and in the morning also pool was not clean at all

the complimentary breakfast and gym were excellent.

breakfast was said by staff to be great but average and not hot

breakfast was good and the 24 hour coffee bar with hot chocolate was a nice perk.

wifi would not stay connected

was advertised, but instead these bags of water with an orange, a honey bun, and granola bar were sitting at

the ice box and laundry room needs alot of tlc

no laundry bag, no pen and pad for notes, breakfast was a little lacking

there was no laundry bad for your dirty clothes

a price reduction should have been in order with no pool, hot tub, laundry or food service

a fire started in the laundry room area around 1 am, the staff and policeman/ fire dept

would be helpful if there was a sign for other people who use the laundry room to set a timer or reminder on
