location off highway(s) breakfast, pool and guest laundry

no laundry bag, no pen and pad for notes, breakfast was a little lacking

there was no laundry bad for your dirty clothes

the ice box and laundry room needs alot of tlc

and the pool wasn't a heated pool

needed to do some laundry and they didn t have any quarters

would be helpful if there was a sign for other people who use the laundry room to set a timer or reminder on

guests were loud and laundry was extremely loud

a price reduction should have been in order with no pool, hot tub, laundry or food service

a fire started in the laundry room area around 1 am, the staff and policeman/ fire dept

was no parking due to constrution vehicle, the person in the office said they were for the remodel

the complimentary breakfast and gym were excellent.

staff was friendly. hotel clean inside & outside. delicious breakfast

great location, good staff , clean rooms and above average breakfast

pool water was extremely cloudy. continue to increase in cloudiness through our stay.

the bar & bartender was great

room service was unavailable because of lack of communication

wanted to use the pool..too many kids..

the room service cost for pasta primavera was a ridiculous $28

booked this hotel due to the pool access for the kids, however the pool was down for one full day and several

i loved everything me n my kids love it

pool and spa in the pool area had a lot of bugs, hair and different floaties in there but that was

the pool was being fixed, a terrible odor was in the lobby. but the receptionist was superb.

we really wish the gym was ready on our stay

have to use credit card for laundry - said due to people breaking into them and taking the money

the laundry facility was filthy

ice machine and laundry only on second floor and no elevator.

i did not have breakfast but i am sure it was great.

ac in the fitness area, faucet handle in bathroom squeaked when you turned it on,shower knob needed a lot of

room was infested with lady bugs switched room and it had same issue the wifi didnt work in the second room plus

did not eat breakfast

was comfortable, infused water at the front desk was a nice touch, well stocked fitness area, pool and hot tub

reminded me of dingy laundry but wasn't a big concern

wished the district and stuff for kids stayed open a little later

got 2 rooms, 1 for my fiance and i and 1 for the kids
