free laundry on site was wonderful

i've stayed recently at another hotel, in kitchener,

all the bowling , table tennis , mini golf are paid

arcades and golf and table tennis and bowling should be free and should be scheduled for each room that booked

i think he should have written down our order as things may have been lost between table and kitchen

not sound proof enough, too close to laundry room

our only complaint was we could hear someone doing their laundry quite late at night.

facilities were closed for corona virus (but was not made aware until after i paid for the room), laundry was

convenient location, friendly staff, simple but good breakfast laundry facilities are available

no info in the room posted about the wifi

i had a hiccup with the laundry but it was resolved by front staff quickly

only 1 working elevator sometimes waited 20 minutes for it to come only to find it full of dirty laundry

in, the room was comfy, and the bathroom was spacious, and i discovered that there is a guest laundry on the

laundry machines didn't work properly
