central location with good parking

limited parking outside the hotel. no hairdryer in the room

need it but if we took the car next time i would have to check what parking was available

staff were excellent , cocktail bar was super with plenty drink choices

wouldn't book that room again as the daily laundry delivery was so noisy outside window it woke us

no guest laundry facilities, a takeaway service was available, but not on weekends.

spotless room. as a biker, i valued the quiet off road parking.

it is an attractive property with car parking, and serves food with tables to eat in or outdoors

lesure centre was just as friendly and helpful place was very clean ;-), i asked for a disabled parking dougie

the location, the food, the service and the wine was amazing. the bar tender was amazing

wifi was very weak and intermittent

great location easy parking and accommodated very well for large group of golfers

parking for our motor bikes, convenient to town centre

also - lots of laundry bags in the area on the approach to the bar- the area looked messy

the only thing that was good very disappointing unclean rooms that require updating the bar was a laundry keep

kids beds for two adults which where broke

breakfast is included and there is no charge for wifi

as a family with small kids we felt really comfortable and relaxed

hot water, a comfortable walk to town, was able to do laundry there, the housekeeper was very sweet

wifi code didnt work

wifi was promised but we couldn't connect with it

the kitchen area needed updated but that was discussed with the very helpful staff

there was on-site parking, and the place was situated in a very good area (aldi straight across the road,

stains but later told rust marks from laundry provider on bed sheets

staff were very nice and caring, as we had a long journey they offered us room service at no extra cost

evening meal and breakfast as good and better then many other hotels i have stayed at

i had asked if i could take my dog as there was no option to advised that i would be bringing a pet with me

above staff t break area some of the language was bad then all the pick ups and drop offs for laundry and rubbish

no ev chargers yet - the ones in the village were out of action - good job the cocoa bean factory in

lovely heated swimming pool and a sauna i'll be back again i must admit this is my 2nd trip so you see more

rooms were clean, breakfast was good and the swimming pool with jacuzzi was a lovely treat

the breakfast, small spread but enjoyable, and pet friendly

breakfast was excellent and cooked fresh

detail - the grass needed cutting in the back of the cottage, my dog didn't mind but people with kids might

having a bar in the lobby of the hotel is also a very good opportunity

the breakfast was great which complimented the overall fantastic experience we were given

couldn t find wifi or use remote for tv, to be fair didn t go find staff to ask for help.
