property was beautiful and clean except for the indoor spa and pool area

the gym is not open 24/7, neither is the sauna

good facilities in room, great wifi, small & plain, but functional bathroom

nice downstairs game room and space for the kids to enjoy

our room was directly next to the laundry and housekeeping was very loud outside our door at 7am

the kitchen is very nice and the maids come a few times a day

the pool table and bowling alley were over the top

the hotel was very empty and they still gave us the wrong room and a room facing their parking lot

you do need reservations for the aquatic areas (to avoid crowds) so plan ahead, same with spa services (these

having kitchen and living room area vs a hotel room also liked having laundry services large hot tub

guest laundry available, pool, spa, games arcade, indoor mini- golf, restaurant on site with tasty food

so work eas being done pool closed restaurants sere limited still had an amazing steak at the bar bed was not

the kitchen was perfect for cooking dinner and breakfast

really nice resort with plenty of shops, restaurants, sitting areas, hot tubs pools, fitness room, etc

free laundry facilities were an unexpected bonus

no charge guest laundry on each floor was very handy

it is sad you have to reserve the pool and the hot tubs are closed

there were no pool towels, other guests indicated their rooms had look towels

the gym and pool were very clean, though a bit of a trek to reach through the building s maze-like

location. comfortable room with complete kitchen. great game/spa and pool/hot tub area.

you would need in a room was in it, liked there was no carpet, pull out bed was comfortable, free laundry, within

underground secured parking was a big plus
