no vending, just ice in a dirty, unused room, laundry in a dirty unused room w/beer cans in window

trash sitting outside. linens on ground laundry cart outside etc etc

the vending machine up stairs didn't work and the laundry room machines didn't work either

big for the little shower, hard to turn around in it the paperwork says 10 dollars a night for a pet well once

serenity pool was amazing i had a great pedicure with rosie

- we ate at the jefferson lounge bar the first night and were waited on by art behind the bar

was amazing, historic, beautiful interior decor, so many gorgeous spaces from swimming pools, spa to ballrooms

room service got it wrong both times, wanted bingo and puzzle competition more than one day, hot
