having to bring my towels to the laundry shoot and having to go get clean towels
there was no microwave in the room and the laundry room needs a major update

lady let us check in early was very nice and the hotel had laundry facing for people on the road
the pool was lovely but on the smaller side; the waterfalls almost made up for the size
bright lights in the parking lot. bed was very comfortable. very clean room and bathroom.
the wifi would kick us off every 30 minutes or so. the towels are very rough and scratchy.
the restuarant bar grill, the bartender didnt know how to make the drinks on the menu.
