very nice pool with a kid's section

i have been unlucky to be in a room near the oxigen pipe parking

lol security guard chastised me about parking at 10 pm w in front of my family it could of been done more

for my young daughter the pools were heaven and for us having a gym available for our use daily was great

advertising, charge my kids like adults…

clean, friendly, easy to find, nice pool

was noisy with the bar upstairs, but with the airconditioner on, it was ok

mini bar empty

the wifi wasn't reliable

great location, clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. exclusive hotel parking.

was great and the free parking was perfect

- the window view from my bedroom was the staff laundry room and washroom

room#1 twin beds, ac not working, no sofa, no kitchen stuff (as advertised), ant infestation in bathroom

no wifi

when i booked the room i stated that i needed good wifi

benefit from more local services integration ie local laundry services, tours

no restaurant, no bar, no laundry service - nothing outside of a room

location, historic building, really nice alfresco dining, friendly staff, off street parking

parking is not really convenient. shower drain was clogged most of the time

broken latch on window that was at street level, non working bedside lamp, dirty un-swimmable pool

it was a little difficult getting to the parking lot

being a bit picky, maybe we could complain about the parking access from the street (but it's really not a big

parking garage was full with grupo carso company service cars

it looks old , pictures of the pool looks very nice and bigger than it is

we liked the room service which was prompt in bringing our order

there was not wifi nor phone signal on rooms, pool doesn't work

pool was not cleaned
