my kids loved the pool and i enjoyed the hot tub, the fact laundry facilities were available and the staff were

door to laundry area was kept open and that is the first thing a guest sees when entering the hotel

a young man on the staff was kind enough to stop and chat while i was doing laundry

which is just off the very open reception & breakfast area, vending machines and the hotel's laundry room

it has a pool and hot tub. good location. nice breakfast. very friendly helpful staff

of room bottom floor by the laundry i always ask for top they told me they had no kings on the top floor which

we used laundry room and was perfect as well

we also enjoyed the hot tub, laundry services and the bed was comfy and the room was clean

and we also enjoyed relaxing in the pool and hot tub facilities with our kids

the pool and hot tub area were nice as well

children and i stayed in the suite with 2 beds and pull out couch with kitchen

a little hard to find parking at times but no big deal

location. size of the suite is big enough. there s an ev charger.

lots of car parking and only a short drive to restaurants nearby

when i asked for change for laundry room, there was none available

good facilities including, laundry, internet and receptions

complimentary breakfast is a big bonus , pool and freindly staff

included breakfast and pool make a winner for families

used the laundry and gym with quite a good range of weights and 2 treadmills and my family used the swimming

we also appreciated the 24/7 laundry room

breakfast was great

at times the wifi was slow

excellent amenities, good parking, nice rooms and beds, hot tub, pool, and the kids love the slide

no laundry bag in the closet; miss having a bathtub but theses were all minor issues

i liked that there was laundry facilities on site

no excitement at the lounge/bar

there is a laundry area off the lobby, elevator, and they are pet-friendly

staff were exceptional parking was a little awkward when it was busy

only downfall was parking is a little tight. once you figure that out it easy.

kitchen well organized extra bedding in room

room was exceptionally spacious with the added bonus of an electric fireplace to cheer the foggy winter evening
