wifi and ice machine not working

the wifi pass code is not clearly displaced, and no way to hand-up your clothing

and well maintained; spacious bathroom with great shower; coin laundry facilities; within walking distance of

11:30 i was told i couldn t check in until 3pm watch my email said 12 then he told me i had a smoking room

the free breakfast was a bit lacking, but there is a huddle house just across the parking lot.

very clean and parking was well lit

i stayed one night but it was clean, the pool was nice, and the bar was a great.

checkin failed to mention wifi password and i had to call to get it

a confrontation was going on outside of our room door and people walking around the cars in the parking lot

i was bitten all over; shared this with the staff who said that i was allergic to their laundry detergent

bathroom had blood on door, the laundry facility was out of order

room was spacious, clean and there was a pool.

listing was misleading, there is no covered pool and it was closed

downstairs they had a free gym and laundry as well as free coffee, hot chocolate and even a lending area and

room size, bed comfort, mini kitchen. very friendly staff. free laundry room. quiet nights.

just it being a pet friendly hotel.

loved the kitchen area and they had plenty of dishes and utilities to use

room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was plentiful with good variety of hot and cold.

the laundry facility was

my sink & tub was stopped up & no clean laundry was available

my car was damaged in the parking lot and the staff refused to show any cameras to the officer

checking us in was on her cell phone and acted irritated to check us in and failed to give us the wifi password

the pool wasn't able to be used, but that is covid related and nothing you can do about that.

no grass anywhere to be found except out by road( not a great idea for a pet friendly hotel

didn't have breakfast.

there was no stove in the kitchenette. the sink in the bathroom was clogged.

about the hotel was spectacular just wish pool was open to enjoy it

i wish the laundry room accepted debit cards and not just quarters

there were no signs posted in the laundry room indicating the drying time for the machine.

there was a bar in the lobby

first night i stayed in a room on 1st floor right next to lobby and the back parking area

were unbearable to breathe with the over abundance of chlorine which we would have thought the spa and pool

place - room was spacious - overall decoration - open spaces were very welcoming - loved the free parking and

great having an indoor pool

the spa does not work and obviously hasn't been working for some time but they still advertise it

they have a mask requirement but it was not enforced. need at least 2 meats for breakfast.

the smell of the pool below our room. pillows are too flat and mushy.

coverings did not cover the window (by design) and the hotel had a very tall high intensity parking lot light

staff, the rooms, and have an amazing breakfast room and good

good breakfast options, very clean room, ice was convenient, close parking available, usable wifi

pet friendly option, midnight staff very friendly, helpful, and understand
