no coin laundry

the staff and check in was great. the common area and room was clean. breakfast was simple

:) common area activities included billiards, kids play area, gym and lounging area

it was very cold inside. breakfast was limited.

the facility is extremely clean, and the entire building is pet friendly

a laundry basket for a luggage cart

breakfast was minimal. tub didn't drain, pillows where lumpy, tv didn't work, no laundry bag.

when i asked for laundry soap to wash a load of clothes

felt staff is obviously short'front desk had been on duty 16 hours and in charge of laundry and pool

would have to say no bathrooms in between where if your swimming or doing laundry you have to go all the way to

breakfast could be better !

and the kids were frustrated at not being able to use it

like that it does not have that strong chlorine smell in the pool and hot tub,also enjoy the kitchen in the room

the breakfast, well let's just say.... not great. not good even.

guest laundry services are available on every floor

having some more service, such an internal laundry, would have been great.

they offer complementary breakfast which includes a variety of choices not just pastry

clean, good pool, good gym. the breakfast is superb! a great choice of food.

it would be nice to have an actual breakfast and not eggs from a bag

main reason we booked this hotel was to have access to a coffee shop, restaurant and bar on the premises

in the wifi speed, and our shampoo/conditioner was not replaced on our second night

so convenient and everyone was helpful, courteous and considerate. wifi worked well.

location in downtown ogden - close to restaurants, historic 25th street, movie theatres and gym

everything was great. used the pool, wifi, breakfast and room service. will stay there again!
