terrible laundry service

laundry service is terrible, almost left hotel without my clothes because they were hours late

wifi used name and password didn't work had to call front desk to get a code

had an evening flight but couldn t use the pool or gym in the afternoon even though both were empty

shuttle service, the friendly staff, tasty breakfast, comfortable rooms, peaceful environment,
