wifi would not work

we had trouble getting the wifi (internet) to work.

wifi was fast and didn't have any weird dropouts

we tried to get someone to help with our luggage, but no one to be found, and one person doing laundry who didnt

said leave garbage and laundry on steps and they would replace laundry by 3:00

attention to detail in room decor was amazing, quality of products very good; laundry facilities very nice

kids love the indoor pool, too
