elevator, the navigation through the hotel was not great, the guest laundry had 3 washers and only one of them

the entry was a sort of back door that went through the area where laundry was being done

i went and asked for pool towels and the front desk guy told me sorry we don't have any laundry didn't bring me

guest laundry closed due to mechanical failure

it took about 3 hours to get the towels we needed and was told they were short handed so the laundry staff was

close proximity to everything. great location! we appreciated being able to do laundry as well.
