easy walking distance to bury port and coastal footpaths and a top professional golf course literally 100 yards

food was excellent the bar was excellent with a wide variety of drinks at good prices the room was clean and

breakfast was lovely and the bar was comfortable and very stylish. sunday roast was brilliant.

those with mobility issues, must book a parking space up top

was visiting a member of my family who lives near the hotel diplomat, so i had a good spa swimming and reunion

the spa was lovely, the gym also great and the room and breakfast were fab.

once the hotel was checked we were allowed to wait in the bar area (with complementary drinks) until the ok

the bed was super comfy and clean, the tv was huge and room service was quick and friendly

the location was central and had parking on site, lovely staff on reception and bar staff very nice always up

the sweets on the reception desk went down well with kids. breakfast was nice.

to walk out the room and see laundry piled up against a wall from at least 5 rooms outside the elevator area

was in the local council park not great when we arrived there was dirty laundry lying around the hallway and

the area to the lifts was blocked with bin bags and laundry baskets

we ate a great italian cafe down the street, and had our laundry done at a facility the staff recommended

reception staff, housekeeping and bar all excellent from check-in to checkout

sometimes the wifi is not working very well and i have to connect again.

stayed for the 5th time (that should tell you enough) with my two kids, we love how central the hotel is, close

only issue with my stay at the delta marriott was that my room gave onto a generator-laundry dryer which rumbled

i didn't use the restaurant, but room service was great

i wandered in to the wrong entrance and finished up in the bar

apart from the kids that were installed across the corridor, running up and down the landing and in and out of

spa facilities very poor, small, tired in need of complete overhaul, very noisy flooring in rooms,

from the young lady at reception and especially the young lady at the bar who was also there at breakfast time

the spa and pool were but the restaurant and bar were, we spent the evening after we arrived having a

plenty of parking even though it was busy

convenience of location plus ground floor room easier with pet

spacious rooms. continental breakfast was very tasty. pool and spa facilities were brilliant

air conditioning units in our room and our grown up kids room both made 'noises', so they had to be turned off

we were leaving too early for breakfast so they provided a really excellent packed lunch

pool and hot tub was fantastic

and room service meal at night excellent highly recommend

wifi brilliant, couldn't fault the place

oh and if you have a well behaved pet they look after those as well

i love the older touch to the hotel, our room was absolutely beautiful with the added extra of a spa bath

i stayed in the garden lodge, which is a maisonnette room, with a kitchen downstairs (great for a little baby

messy changing rooms by the spa, full of wet towels, and laundry, pool was on the cold side

we had room service which was very quick and staff very helpful but the food was seriously lacking

wifi kept dropping out which was frustrating

the friday night we had room service, the burger was great

we had quite a long trailer which would't fit in the car park but the staff were very good at accommodating us

would have been a good idea to have a room service menu not enough parking

we had a table set up in the lounge bar so we could have the dogs with us which worked well

would be perfect if they recommissioned their spa and pool facilities - when i want these, i stay elsewhere

the breakfast was outstanding
