laundry room not clean, bathroom was clean but has outdated tub and surrounding

bathroom grab bars were rusty, previous guests laundry still in bathroom

we loved this hotel, the kids played in the pool and we have a nice rest of our weekend here.

breakfast in the morning was hot and plentiful, a great stay on the way home

the madison room was large with casual seating for 4 people and a very efficient gas fireplace

but the whirlpool spa part of the swimming pool didn't work so we were disappointed with that

my husband had to park the car in a parking garage and when he retrieved the car there were 2 kids clearly doing

the only drawback is that the construction work which causes the lane next to the parking lot is backed up

her for some towels and wash clothes and she could not give me any and told me to go down to laundry room if i

closeness to the interstate highway, guest laundry facility, and nearby restaurants.

the elevators ac wasn't working. the guest laundry room needs updating.

the hotel laundry staff flirted with everybody as well

the only issue i had was the beds are to firm for my liking. and the pool was not in service.

laundry wasn't working. rooms need to be updated.

really top notch, on par with 5 star hotel, from heated tile and towel racks to lovely rooms with fireplaces
