great staff and decent breakfast

i was told there was a w/d on-site, so i bought laundry soap at the local store and exchanged cash for quarters

back door is left open for the neighbors to use the laundry

wifi and breakfast was less than impressive. room was clean but smelled musty

workers took up all the parking in the front when all should be parking in the back

do not serve the free breakfast that used to include, sausage, eggs, biscuits, and sausage gravy, anymore

the laundry room must have been next to us, since we could hear thumping like something large was in

we booked this room thought it was pet friendly we have service dogs and we,were asked to

pool area is eerie and outdated and falling apart, the rooms and hallways still smell like

no one came to desk at checkout time (10am) so we had to leave the kids swim suits in the bathroom there in

we left with our kids (9 & 12) at 1:30 am and went drove 2 hours home

had 2 noise complaints called on us when there were other kids next door just as loud

clean, comfortable. wish there was coffee available in the morning. very nice fitness center.

pool and hot tub! one of the few in jackson. bar and vending machine. clean room and shower.

the warm pool and hot tub were wonderful the dble queen suite was very spacious

heard kids running in the hallways all night

allowed kids to run up and down all hallways knocking on everyone’s doors

i d stay again so everything worked out fine, and i was not charged a pet fee

very clean. spacious room. nice common areas. plenty of parking.

pool was very cold so was the air in the pool area someone who previously been in the room had

pool area was very crowded with many adults and teens in the splash pad/ kiddie pool and i'm

working, and that pool was warm and the hotel even had floaties and pool toys available for the kids to use
