it smells like clean laundry

rooms were immaculately clean, pool and hot tub were great

the pool was nice, beds comfy, price was good, and it was pet friendly!

fire alarm about 10:30pm and weak wifi.

best sleep i got in weeks even with my kids :)

pool was a little cold, but didn't seem to bother my kids.

only complaints-there wasn t any garbage or laundry bags in the room or in waste baskets-not enough towels in

they said they ran out of clean laundry and had to wait for the clean towels

there was one staff member taking care of everything, check in, check out, laundry, maintenance, etc

we had a spa tub that was amazing. the bed was also super comfortable!

after getting this corrected at the front desk all was good and the kids were okay but they had a very nice

excellent location with alot of restaurants nearby, movie theater right next door, free self-parking, and quiet

the pool looked inviting, but i could not partake

had to call from the pool to get towels on 2 occasions.

there was dirry laundry from the previous person in the closet

was broken, utilities looked pieces together , wifi didn't work toilet was inoperable, maintenance was sent to

were about 20 kids in the pool area and hot tub area that had 1 adult watching them

would have been nice to have a breakfast option, but it wasn't a huge deal.

we enjoyed the outdoor patio area and the basketball court (for the kids) as well as

but as a plus they offered ice from their kitchen after hours and have a tiny snack shop to purchase items at

they do have laundry supplies you can purchase in laundry room but could use a couple of chairs.

only thing that wasn t on point was the breakfast

loved everything from the staff to the rooms and the indoor pool

woke us up (due to kids in another room setting off alarm from microwave use); a bit noisy in

on saturday night, and no room me from the staff followed back up with me about the rowdy kids, not acceptable

parents stayed there five days and the people were very nice even offering to do a load of laundry for them
