self laundry availability;decent free breakfast;quiet

want to move because i was right by the door that goes outside (i smoke) ans i was by the guest laundry, so i

our granddaughter loved playing in the pool

breakfast was very good, ,many choices

poor wifi connection

room was right next to the lobby, laundry and mechanical room

were not folded & mixed with all laundry from hotel

laundry machines were dirty and didn't work

cornered me in elevator with laundry

the hotel was very clean the kids loved the water park and breakfast was on point

saturday morning take the grandkids to the waterpark all of the tables are reserved

price, needs paint and remodeled dark rooms and the breakfast wasn t the best

were attentive at the front desk when needed and in the meantime cleaning the lobby laundry area ice machine

was ok had basic essentials around within walking distance etc like groceries dining laundry

large back parking lot for trailers/boats

hotel wasn't full and the room we got was facing the main parking lot by the front door so very bright lights

breakfast was great variety. love brainerd lakes area.

we only stayed one night and it was a sunday night but the hotel was quiet, breakfast was good, pool was fun

kids loved the giant float in the beach area

food at lakehouse bar and kitchen was very good

we were not able to enjoy the pool or hot tub

room was out dated and the air conditioning unit was loud, along with the pool area staying open way to late

also the maze to get to the pool because of the construction

needed to be upgraded, the coffee was foamy and not drinkable, our room was located next to the laundry room

beds were great, wifi good

put some lights on in the fireplace and lobby area

they had bikes and kayaks for free use and a wonderful little beach area that was great for kids

snowed a lot and they didn t plow the parking lot so my car got stuck and the breakfast is pretty terrible
