the laundry service

that laundry facilities were available since i had to be there a full week

laundry was over priced and not good quality

rooms not clean, towels dirty, no elevator, wifi not working.

pet charges

pool was a tad on cold side but hot tub was good. no biggie.

breakfast was good, well supplied, nice variety.

nice big room. we got a conforta le room for 2 adulta and 2 little kids

bed was very comfortable and the pet fee was good

there workout center should only be for people that are over 18 unless they have a parent i saw kids playing on

had a bus come in at 9:30 pm with kids, who made a lot of noise in the hallway and jumped around in the room

(like we were children at a camp) note the the laundry and workout room are open 24/7

lack of housekeeping, laundry sorting in the check in area, loud music next door on saturdays.
