laundry could be more accommodating

i also like that there was laundry facilities

when i asked for some was told they were in the laundry and the hotel never replenished them

had coffee in my room. easy access to laundry facilities. pool stayed open late enough to enjoy.

i informed the front desk and was informed that laundry was behind because of short staff, very understandable

place is great got all amenities even a laundry room for the quests

dirty towels removed only once in the 7 days, so there was a build up of soiled laundry

for our stay the pool may have just been service though says heated it was quite cold.
