many thanks to one of the household staff who did our laundry late on a saturday afternoon

wifi was poor in the lobby and rooms

the wifi was good in common areas but only minimal in the rooms.

the bar and restaurant staff were excellent

very limited restaurant and bar hours. everything closed and locked up at 7.30

included parking (you can park in the garage connected with your room

i don't know how breakfast is because we had to leave early to go to santiago for a flight

my friend used the gym and liked that also

gym not too nice but wide and with all training possibilities

we had no problems parking and it was free

location on the river minho, with the water mill and swimming pool

it was good to come back and have a plunge in the pool in the evening however it is not that big, we were

excellent service, the lady at the bar served quickly and was available for help.

located is not really pretty and a bit far from ourense, but the hotel itself (and the swimming pool) is quite

would call it suit not apartment as no kitchen
