laundry service available

we like that the hotel provides complimentary laundry detergent

i found the pool a bit cold but otherwise the stay was wonderful

if you wanted to stay &relax there was a pool,gym & a patio to sit out on

wifi lagged abit

not so much dislike but suggestion to provide more laundry machines.

cleanliness is an issue here, but could be more so laundry company but still possible cleaning staff

likes the sliding glass doors to the parking area, very handy

nice breakfast, bed was comfy, quiet hallways, pool area was really nice

the parking was bit cramped. although we have a mid size sedan but still found it squishy.

when i went to the front desk to inquire about use of the laundry machines the receptionist was on her phone

the cooked breakfast food was cold and some of the dairy products smelled like dirty laundry.

the attention they had to celebrate canada day. thank you for all those gifts for the kids.

we used the on-site laundry so appreciated the iron and ironing board

like there is laundry and a small kitchen area so you don't have to go to restaurants all the time

it was spacious, so comfortable, clean, and alot of closet space as well as a fully equipped kitchen

the pool room would be great for kids but as it had been unused for awhile there was a lot of algae on the

indoor heated pool, kids love it:-)

full breakfast, nice people, pool is open and clean, laundry facilities working, ample

they put me in a room across from their laundry room and that door was very heavy so when it shut it was very
