i liked the location and the rooms and beds where comfortable the staff in kitchen where amazin

wifi hardly worked shower head hardly worked

the first night wifi and tv was down so we went to the reception around 7pm and there was no one there but the

the kitchen was not open everyday

the pool was pretty and the food was good

is amazing but the most comforting is that the all staff(event staff, reception, security, bar and restaurant,

we had dinner and breakfast and both were very good

meals for kids a little smaller

my flight was early to st kitts

i loved the room with the view at the pool and the garden

booked the studio so i'd have a kitchen

could use a few more kitchen supplies like salt and pepper and a baking dish

there is a very nice tropical oasis style pool but no night lights which would also help to provide more lighting

my kids enjoyed the pool area, every single day, which was always clean, and

emergency exit. the laundry. comfortable room

need more laundry& garbage baskets for room

cleaning staff were very good as the bathroom and bedroom never looked spotless and (this is the laundry service

also self service laundry on site was was very useful for us as we aware travelling for several weeks and needed

restaurants and full grocery store 2 minutes from the resort, in house physician practice, onsite laundry

30pm, and they choose to close the spa and gym at 6pm, with nothing open around it for miles, forced to sit in

good wifi.

the breakfast buffet was good but could have had an omelette station

breakfast was very good and worth it if you split meals ( they are quite large)

the staff was awesome!! also the facility and pool was extremely nice.

the service is slowly, buffet breakfast is poor but you can order a la carte.

were a few rusty screws on the porch that need to be nailed down, and the filter cover in the pool was loose

pool at villa was cold.

decided after 45mins to just order room service as frustrated and it was getting late ( we had early flight

quiet, beautiful, fantastic rooms but spring for the room with the pool

was just out of this world and with its hill top situation, fabulous views, lovely gardens and pool it was truly

all was great - remote property with just a small pool.

breakfast and drinks by the pool at sunset were delicious

the pool overlooks the ocean and faces toward st kitts, so it s quite a stellar view

this hotel is very tasteful and well designed, with an excellent pool and grounds to walk in, around the property

the staff are really nice and they also do your laundry

the complimentary laundry was most helpful

excellent location and the breakfast was lovely.

breakfast was included with the room and it was always excellent

the pool is large and very nice, it offers a great view on the sea
