laundry facilities need updated and need

laundry and work-out facilities on the grounds

laundry room, after day in yosemite was very convenient

was fantastic for kids and adults and great access to yosemite and steam railway

need more kitchen supplies: rags, trashbags, dish soap, etc...

in the office dirty laundry was piling up

over-the-door-hook-rack in bathroom door plus some cheap laundry hangers would be very helpful

the extra pillows have molds with no pillowcase, we cannot use the laundry room coz we were only given the code

she also stated she had blankets in her laundry area, but could not provide them as they were dirty

out at 10 am and nobody in offices or property ( even there is a sign if there's nobody go to laundry room

internet no laundry service no pool bad room nothing was as expected we are trying to get in touch with them

location close to yosemite did have gust laundry simple complimentary breakfast

the pool was great with an amazing bartender

the only bar is at the very centre of the casino floor and it takes far too long to get served at it

no room service. having to show room key and id every single time you pass lobby.

relaxing, beautiful room, valet parking, kind employees

and helpful staff decorated for the holidays, ice rink was great for kids of all ages plenty to do

there is also laundry facilities that are free to use, which was really helpful

they even provide free self serve laundry and drying machines which is very convenient

laundry machines inside the main building included - great idea

the laundry service is included in your room price

thing i didnt care for was my room was next to the maid/laundry room so sleeping in was a bit hard with all the

additional laundry facilities would have helped.

luckily there is a nice guest laundry room so we could do our laundry for a few dollars

laundry was very difficult to get machine
