wifi didn t work

very nice breakfast, great location, free parking, close to downtown and port

parking can get a bit tricky. there's paid parking around the area; they're free on weekends.

tv when we went to reception to ask they just giggled and said maybe it s been lost with the laundry and didn

booked the apartment to spoil ourselves the bonus was it had laundry/dryer to freshen up our luggage

there was no laundry service available, just a laundry room which was out of order, much like the hand

the hotel staff were not aware of this and couldn t provide an alternate other than a public laundry shop

had planned to do laundry there - but it was out of order, so had to go down the street

laundry services were supposed to be available and i needed it dearly but their machine was

actually choose this hotel because it has laundry service but it was not available due to sunday

enjoyed the view to a dirty towel outside the window and the loud sound and vibrations from the laundry machines

the sauna is either slow to warm up or not working, we kind of looked forward for the spa facilities
