the 2nd night someone is doing laundry at 3:30am and has an unbalanced washer and sounds like a tornado tearing

there was a nice flat screen tv with hbo and cable and free wifi

convenient frig and microwave in room. bed was comfortable good a/c and decent wifi.

the advertised shuttle service was an amazing hotel staff worker who went above and beyond to help us the next

parking is not very good because the lot is very small and has a limited amount of spaces due to

sadly bar & restaurant were closed due to covid

unaware until arrival pool, hot tub, and guest laundry wasnt functioning

the gym, laundry room, pool, hot tub, outdoor living and cooking, back view are wonderful

hot tub was out of order & the laundry room was out of order which we were counting on having to wash uniforms

advertised pool it's closed down there laundry was closed and i couldn't get into my room without them letting

due to the covid-19 we did not get to enjoy the breakfast.

when we got there someone was having a baby shower and kids were running everywhere and a toddler even took

my kids liked it but the choices were very slim

other guests did not allow us to enjoy the pool from way too many kids in the pool all with squirt guys shooting

nothing there was a kids team there were very loud and disrespectful not enjoyable at all

we stayed three days before halloween, in town for a softball tournament with 4 young kids under 10

chlorine in the pool was very very strong and had several of the kids coughing pretty bad and burned your eyes

nights i had dinner at the bar

the bar closed early and with that access to the outside garden area.

only improvement i can offer would be grab bars in the shower area

room service is a nice touch when you are traveling with pets

no phone in room, drug sales in parking lot, exterior security door did not lock

then the drug users who gathered in the parking lot kept us on our toes at all times

we reserved a deluxe suite with spa tub - there was nothing

the pool being closed.

excellent stay while work was bweing done at my home. what do you mean by paid wifi?

breakfast was left uncovered. also, food was cold and potatoes, and eggs were stele.

the bar was staffed with the friendliest waitress...great service!

no pool as advertised

the parking wasn t the best. the floor in the dining area was sticky. tables weren t clean.

the only thing i didn't like, was no inside pool. other than that, it was awesome.

were really disappointed that the pool was out of service and we were not notified our kids were quite disappointed
