the wifi is slow

location, ocean view, pet friendly

windows to the ocean and amazing view - warm inside even if windows open - quiet parking, ev charging available

the bed was comfortable and it was nice having a kitchen

but at the next door koa) was fun for our kids

the parking spot for us was close to front door easy to get in and out with suitcase

nice veiw, delicious meal, good activity palce to kids and adults too, beautiful river side!!!

the bar service was good as well as the food

room no real view of the river from the patio rooms the neighboring koa doesn't maintain the golf

there is a guest laundry, very useful for travellers

we re a lot of strange people walking around the venue and the laundry was occupied by non-guests

my room was smoky upon arrival, laundry facilities were kind of run down.

laundry not very clean some of the housekeeping staff seemed strange and perhaps resentful of the

one gal was managing the front desk and doing laundry to prepare for incoming guests
