was perfect for longer stays having a closet, a cooktop and dishwasher in room, access to free laundry, and free

everything was perfect i especially loved that there was laundry facilities at no charge

people hanging out at the pool drinking beer and being really loud

the breakfast was excellent, beyond expectations; the kitchen staff were very accommodating and responded to

breakfast was decent, plenty of parking. it was quiet although there were pets in rooms

it had a laundry room and gym and excellent breakfast

the laundry room could use a little bit more fixing, or st least maybe a vending machine for soaps or

facilities are great (heated indoor pool, laundry, gym, great breakfast, bar with social hour

pool was cold and not heated.

this property is newly renovated in downtown utica. great location. pool was nice warm and clean

not eat in the hotel but we ordered room service and it was good

when we arrived we were told that we would have free wifi service, which we did not have

we were early but the cleaning staff prepared our room quickly so we could enjoy the pool

i used the gym which was small but good and they do have a heated pool, which i did not use, but would have if

room was next to laundry room and there was sound of tap running from 07:00 until about

i looked out on parking lot. it is not in the nicest location although it's super convenient.

laundry area, which is part of a pass thru area (inside) could have been cleaner or brighter

were honored (1st floor, away fm noise), breakfast more than adequate, beds comfy, room spacious, parking handy

easy access to the highway. convenient parking.

to where i work convenient parking, comfortable bed, nice air conditioning unit in room, cable tv, the staff

perfect location, clean, good breakfast.

i was able to check in a little earlier and was able to do laundry before i left

didn't use pool.

the parking lot requires you to drive through denny's lot and it's not well paved

quiet place to stay and very pet friendly lots of room om property to walk around and lots of parking great

even though place is pet friendly the odor throughout the place was of clean

breakfast very good and varied and particularly found the coin laundry useful, as we were running out of clean

dominick at night was very helpful when i was taking care of laundry at night

only stayed 1 night as we were travelling - laundry was excellent, room and bathroom very clean and comfortable

oh and definitely hit the indoor pool during your stay, it's heated

was great, room was clean and organized smelled nice, far enough from the casino floor where you didn t hear

to happen in room not enough outlet plugs should have free shampoo and conditioner not just a bar of
