the early check in was so nice of them, it allowed us to change outfits for a wedding early.

paid for a spa room, spa didn t work.

breakfast was fine but room service was not

tried to use the laundry facilities, but it was so cluttered and dirty that we elected not to do it there

she seemed very tired, managing the night check-ins and the laundry

from the laundry room, an older gentleman yelled to me and said what are you doing
