the slamming of laundry/storage doors all hrs
the staff was amazing! the room was nice. the pool looked amazing, but we didn't use it.
it was supposed to be pet friendly
bagels at breakfast would of been nice.
the staff was excellent, from the front desk to the lady that was over the breakfast

i also appreciated that there was a guest laundry facility
the facilities were clean, breakfast was wonderful, staff was friendly and very helpful
it would have been nice to have more ventilation so we could enjoy the spa
breakfast was fresh and really good! pillows and bed very comfortable.
pool area was a bit too hot

all the washers and dryers in the guest laundry were broken. the vending machine was empty
i loved the pool and laundry facilities
the rooms were very clean and comfortable and they are pet friendly.
the bath towels were small. i?m very petite and couldn?t fit it around me.
