saw a room that said guest laundry, but didn't know if i could use it or not

when i walked in the room it smelled like freshly cleaned laundry

we did not use the wifi, so not able to comment

we were in a winter storm & the owner was out helping people in the parking lot & keeping snow cleared

staff was super friendly and loved parking right outside my door

website for the motel says they have an indoor heated pool

breakfast was excellent. lots of availability.

t told before had that the pool is closed til august cuz tht was only reason i picked

gym was subpar, the laundry room was out of service, and smelled wet (for lack of better words)

room smelled dank and wet, like a wet dog or the smell near a pool

the staff was super friendly! breakfast was delicious! king room was comfy and spacious!

everything looked new, fresh and clean. breakfast was very good. staff was great.

also, my family loves the convenience of having breakfast and appreciate that there are hot items available

likewise, the laundry machine on site also smells of mildew/mold as it is likely never cleaned out and the door

parking lot was a little different

my room wasnt cleaned on friday when i got back from work and covid shut down the pool.

but we were still excited to use it, however it was so cold in the pool and the pool area my 4 kids and i could

pool water was cold, but felt good after a 90 degree day. beds were a little on the firm side.

gym was not accessible and pool had way too many bright lights

absoutley loved the spa tub in the room and it was amazingly clean and spotless made me feel very welcomed and

everyone was very friendly. it was clean. pool was clean. breakfast was great.

were limited towels in the pool area, but it was the end of the day and almost time for the pool to be closed

oh yes, the hotel computer for customers was down, laundry not available and the drinking fountain was out of

the floor was stick and dirty, the vents were coated with dust, the breakfast area was in the laundry room and

also, breakfast, and laundry facilities are advertised but were not available

guest laundry 'out of order', due to covid

wanted to do some laundry but the laundress said either the washer or dryer was broken, i can't remember exactly

the whole stay and glad there was a pool for children to burn some energy

as i am 37 weeks pregnant it was very accessible walking to my room and lobby and parking lot was all very
