problem with wifi

hotel needs to be updated. wifi not always good.

wifi was a little bit slow

s only one elevator the wifi connection is very poor, and net wire didn't work

disappointed the bar and restaurant were not open and there was no laundry service available.

next time i'll book at nh collection or paris spa hotel and there's a number of others in the walking district

if i was staying longer i would have liked a gym in the hotel.

the mini gym and sauna. a surprise on the top floor after a long day of driving.

the gym (fitness center) was missing numerous dumbbells.

loved view of sunset from room. close to supermarket and laundry mat. nice walk into old city

some of the expected facilities were missing, however eg laundry, evening meals, coffee/bar snacks

hotel, but be aware that the swimming pool and the spa are not open on mondays, conveniently located on camino

they now charge for the use of the pool.

room overlooked the restaurant bar and unfortunately very noisy the first night the television in the bar was

laundry service available as well as a 24 hr vending machine with drinks etc in the basement and

they even had laundry service, 7 euros for an entire load (wash and dry), which was a huge bonus because not

in the basement there is a communal area with small kitchen and sofas

was listed as having laundry service however this is not available at weekends & holidays

they could have put the wifi code in the room.

parking in the garage was very difficult

it is beside a main street in the outskirt of leon, it is very easy to parking, with plenty of spaces

i picked the hotel for the pool and didn't notice the small print to say that the pool would not open till 1
