we were not given the wifi password and no way to contact front desk, we arrive past 10pm

refund us ( we were a party of 4 ) so we had to leave earlier than expected so we could find a bar and have

i traveled by motorbike and it would be nice to have a covered parking, but it was ok anyway.

staff were very helpful, especially for sorting laundry which was returned within a couple of hours

the hotel is perfectly adequate for a short business visit to valladolid, with strong wifi, pleasant staff and

helpful staff, fantastic hot showers, huge comfortable beds, spacious room, bar and restaurant onsite and secure

motorway, an oasis of extensive grounds (with free access of the pool for guests, playgrounds for kids, tennis

lovely hotel quiet and friendly ample parking even for difficult vehicles, easy to find and easy access of

big family bedroom,nice space for the kids to play and great swimming pool.

they thankfully left about sunset were very noisy with kids running around hotel screaming

however barman most helpful and allowed me to order dinner from the room service menu and eat in the bar

in expecting to get a drink and arrange an evening meal only to be told we couldn t use the bar as there was
