location, big nicely furnished rooms, comfortable feeling inside the room, free laundry room, nice stuff,

the room was made up daily and towels changed regularly. wifi had good speed.

the 24 hour “kitchen” was appreciated

i also loved the extra amenities like the free drinks and snacks, coffee bar and hot breakfast

no pool or hot tub, unless you pay extra for spa services- which is not advertised as an extra cost

have at least been nice to soak in a hot tub for a half hour but told i would have to purchase a spa package

this last time i booked a room with the fireplace

thing is while the property has laundry facilities for guests they did not have a change machine and the desk

didn't like the dry crusted egg wrap served at the continental breakfast

appeared to think it was torture checking us in; had to walk into the laundry room with towels laying everywhere
